A popular ramen and Japanese cuisine restaurant in Wilmette is expanding to include a sushi and kaiseki restaurant. To avoid having restaurants with different price ranges within the same space, an additional entrance was installed inside the restaurant to clearly differentiate the spaces. Additionally, tables are placed near the entrance and showcase windows, creating the feeling that the customers are outdoors while still being indoors.
ウィルメットで人気のあるラーメンと和食レストランが、鮨と割烹料理のレスランを増築。同じ店内に価格帯の異なるレストランが混在してしまうことを避けるため、店内にもう一つの玄関を設置することで、明確に空間の区別化を実現。またラーメンダイニングエリアでも鮨レストランの玄関とショーウィンドウ付近にテーブルを設置することで、室内にいながら屋外にいるような感覚を味わうことができるデザインです。
