This restaurant remodeling project transforms an existing space into a warm and inviting dining environment. Natural materials, textured walls, and soft ambient lighting create a calm yet vibrant atmosphere. Large street-facing windows connect the interior to the Chinatown context, while layered lighting and refined finishes enhance the dining experience without overpowering the original character of the space. The restaurant won Best Heritage Restaurant at the 2026 Jean Banchet Awards.
レストランのリノベーションでは、既存空間を温かみのある、居心地のよいダイニング環境へと刷新しました。自然素材、表情のある壁面、やわらかな間接照明により、落ち着きと活気を併せ持つ雰囲気を創出しています。通りに面した大きな窓がチャイナタウンの街並みと内部空間をつなぎ、重層的な照明計画と洗練された仕上げによって、空間本来の個性を損なうことなく、上質な食体験を高めています。
本レストランは、**2026年 ジャン・バンシェ賞において、Best Heritage Restaurant を受賞しました。
