Shabu-yo's third location in the United States. A former bakery café has been remodeled into a modern yet traditional Japanese-style restaurant. The interior, inspired by a traditional Japanese kominka (old folk house), features projection mapping art, creating a visually engaging experience for customers.
しゃぶ葉の米国３号店。元ベーカリーカフェを昔ながらの和の雰囲気を備えつつもモダンなイメージの店舗にリモデリング。古民家イメージした店内は、プロジェクションマッピングアートを取り入れるなどし、利用者の目を楽しませる工夫が凝らされている。
