埼玉大学を卒業後、約7年間の東京都公立小学校教員を経て2005年に渡米。ハーリントンデザイン大学を卒業後、2009年にインテリアデザイン事務所キュービット設立。その後同大学院インテリアデザイン科を卒業。2015年にボストン建築大学院建築学科修士課程に入学し、同時期にニューヨークのSBLM建築事務所、シカゴのZWA建築事務所にてレストラン、スターバックス、アミューズメント施設、病院等の商用施設デザインに携わる。2016年ボストン建築大学にて修士取得後キュービット建築デザイン事務所を再スタート。これまでにシカゴ近郊の日系企業オフィス、レストラン、住宅等のプロジェクトを手掛ける。
Tak obtained a Masters Degrees in both Architecture and Interior Design. While working with SBLM Architects in New York and ZWA in Chicago, he engaged in commercial design such as Starbucks, Dave and Busters and healthcare facilities. Since establishing Cubit Design Studio in 2016, Tak has worked with restaurants, commercial offices, and various types of residential projects.
